When it comes to finishing and labeling panels, there are numerous options available, ranging from stickers to overlays. At Bilboaero, we provide several ways to add that final touch.
For paint, we offer a selection of colors as part of our standard service, with the possibility of accommodating custom color combinations for an additional cost. Panel labeling can be achieved through either Laser Engraving or Vinyl Stickers.
Each method has its advantages and considerations, typically with Laser Engraving recommended for aluminum panels and
stickers for composites We also apply clear coat to seal stickers, enhancing their durability.
Creating templates for laser engraving from the 3D design allows us to accurately position each label, ensuring precise alignment and a consistent appearance throughout.
While this option is generally bundled with our design and CNC routing services, we may be able to adapt the process for panels not originally designed by us, depending on the specific requirements.
