Wiring Diagrams:
We work to the best of our abilities to ensure that all wiring diagrams are accurate and comprehensive. Despite our rigorous efforts, variations in aircraft configurations and unforeseen factors may affect the final implementation. We are not responsible for any discrepancies that may arise during installation.
Paint and Labels:
Our team takes great care to guarantee that paint and labels are applied accurately and according to your specifications. However, due to potential variations in materials and environmental conditions, we cannot assume responsibility for any minor inconsistencies that may occur.
Wiring Harnesses:
We strive to ensure that all wiring harnesses are built to the highest standards of quality and reliability. We test each harness thoroughly before delivery, but we cannot be held responsible for any issues that may arise during or after installation.
Panel Testing:
We test all panels as extensively as possible before delivery, given that they are outside the airplane. This ensures that they function correctly to the best of our ability. However, final testing and verification within the actual aircraft are the customer’s responsibility.
Fuel Tanks:
We conduct thorough testing of fuel tanks to guarantee no leaks before they leave our facility. However, proper installation is crucial, and we cannot be held responsible for any leaks or issues that may arise due to incorrect installation.
Control Surfaces:
While we build control surfaces with precision and care, we are unable to test them and therefore assume no responsibility for their installation or performance. It is essential for the customer to ensure proper installation and functionality.
Return Policy:
Within 30 days from shipping date products can be returned if the following criteria is met:
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- Product has not been modified in any way.
- Supplies (pins, connectors, boards, equipment) are still in their original package.
- Custom made products (panel kits, special order designs, wiring diagrams) are not returnable.
