Shop:
For items in stock, our goal is to ship the next business day. Back-ordered items designed and built by Bilboaero are subject to their place in the production line. We will keep you updated to the best of our ability.
Custom Panels:
The panel design and production process is complex and time-consuming, with each panel carefully crafted. We will provide you with our best time estimate and keep you informed about each stage of the process.
We operate like a production line, meaning multiple custom panels (or associated sub-services) may be worked on simultaneously.
Fuel Tanks and Control Surfaces:
These services are offered based on our current workload. We will inform you upfront about our schedule and when we can start your project. Since these services require ordering parts and supplies not regularly stocked, the timeline may be longer.
Panel Upgrades:
We are incredibly passionate about panel upgrades, but they can be a lengthy process. Our goal is to minimize your aircraft’s downtime by meticulously planning, designing, manufacturing, and acquiring as much as possible beforehand. While this doesn’t guarantee everything will go smoothly, it helps reduce unexpected delays. The timeline will vary based on the job’s complexity and our current workload.
